Primary Responsibilities

- Develop and modify applications using MS SharePoint 2013
o Create and modify lists, document libraries, workflows, web parts, plugins, layout, and scripts using SharePoint and SharePoint Designer
- Perform analysis and make recommendations regarding the use of MS Access, SQL, Excel, SharePoint, Oracle Database, and Business Objects for ETL, data warehousing, reporting, and dashboarding.

Primary Responsibilities

Provides Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) analysis and policy analysis support. Assists, under the supervision of the senior management analyst, in the performance of analysis of alternative courses of action for planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling program functions.

The candidate will:
- Have working knowledge of the eCPIC tool
- Have working knowledge of, and use, the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework to understand IT spending and demonstrate alignment and value of IT to the business.
