Zaheer
Haq founded Netrion Corp. in
1989. His early commitment

aspect of the services business
gave the start-up its competitive
edge. The company's growth and
success reflects
Zaheer's initial vision of
extraordinary talent and quality
across the board.
Zaheer leads
the company's operations and
professional services
efforts. He has over 15
years of experience in
information technology,
consulting and professional
services, solving technical
and IT management problems
for Fortune 500 corporations in a
variety of vertical
markets. Prior to founding
Netrion, he established himself as
a leader in the field of
Information Technology, and held
several technical and management
positions at McKesson Corp.,
Integral Systems and PeopleSoft, Inc. He remains very
active in numerous IT industry
associations.
Zaheer holds a
bachelor's degree and
a master's degree in
Computer Science from Northern
Illinois University.

Shankar Veerashetty
Vice President, Marketing & Sales
Shankar
is involved in developing and implementing the
marketing and sales strategy
for Netrion's worldwide operations.
In his 10 year tenure in the software industry,
Shankar has held
numerous roles in software development, design and architecture, and
has led crucial
projects in the areas of ERP, WEB based applications, and database management systems.
He also held senior development positions at Ford Motors, where
he received numerous awards for technical
achievement and innovation.
Shankar joined Netrion from the acquisition of X-Vision Software.
He was the founder and CEO at X-Vision, solely responsible for a start-up
company that developed state-of-the-art imaging software and successfully
formed strategic relationships with German based BCT Computer Teknik.
He grew X-Vision
Software to over $1 million in revenue in two years.
Shankar holds a masters degree in Engineering from Michigan State University.

Ananth
Reddy
Vice President, Strategic Services
As
Vice President of Strategic Services, Ananth Reddy
leads the company's corporate strategy and business development
efforts, while growing the West Coast
operations into a major component of Netrion's
overall strategy. He has over 15 years of
experience in the IT industry, most recently
as Vice President of Strategic Services at If
& Then, Inc., a Virtual CIO organization,
where he developed strategic alliances with
venture capital firms, incubation firms and
organizations with synergistic services and
technology. He authored an article
on the benefits of shared CIOs among small to
mid-sized firms, which was published in the CIO
magazine.
Prior
to that, Mr. Reddy played a key Professional
Services management role at PeopleSoft USA,
Inc., executing enterprise solutions for
Fortune 500 corporations.
Prior to his stint at PeopleSoft, Mr.
Reddy founded AutoLink.com, one of the first
profitable B2B automotive services on the Web. In
addition, Mr. Reddy played key director level,
IT management roles in three early-stage
companies:
Capcom-USA, Micro-Mask Corporation and
Probe Technology Corporation.
He was directly responsible for
developing their strategic IT direction and
infrastructure, resulting in producing well
established, $50-$250 million organizations.
He holds bachelor’s degrees in
Computer Science and Business Administration
from the University of Wisconsin.

As Vice President of Staffing and
Quality Assurance, Brad leads our
employee and client focused
initiatives, that range from
recruitment, training and
retention, to account
management and quality assurance
of our service
offerings. Brad comes
to Netrion through the acquisition
of Alegre Consulting Company, a
nationwide IT provider
specializing in CRM and ERP
consulting and training services.
Brad brings to Netrion over 30
years of business experience that
includes a contemporary systems
background. He has
worked in technical and
project management roles at
Business Information Technology
and Sears, Roebuck and Company,
along with human resource
management, operations and sales
experience in executive positions
held at Payless Cashways, Inc.,
Dollar General Inc., Quality
Stores Inc. and Cole National
Corporation.
He holds a bachelor's degree in
Business Administration and a
master's
degree in Information Systems
Management from Northern Illinois
University.

Azgar Khan
Vice President, International Operations
Azgar Khan leads Netrion's International
Operations, complementing his IT and Business
Management skills with a wealth of overseas
marketing and technical experience.
His recent accomplishments include
developing leading-edge e-commerce products in
Canada, UK and Asia.
Prior to joining Netrion, Mr. Khan
founded Core Solutions India, Ltd., an
innovative software development company that
pioneered the deployment of web based
solutions.
During 1995 through 1999 Mr. Khan lead
the marketing and product development efforts
at Core Solutions, where he held the President
and CEO position.
Core Solutions was instrumental in
automating the city-wide accounting and
purchasing departments of Indian
Airlines, one of the largest airlines in
Asia.
Core
Solutions corporate merger with Netrion in
1999 brought Mr. Khan to the management team
at Netrion. He is an industry expert in
providing web solutions, and has been honored
as one of India's most successful young
entrepreneurs by India Times.
Mr. Khan earned his Masters Degree in
Business Administration and Information
Technology.
